An experienced lawyer in an established and busy community practice, Zara enjoys serving the public by providing legal services in the areas of family law, wills and estates and real estate. First called to the Bar in Saskatchewan and then to the Alberta Bar in 2004, Zara has lived in Calgary for over 20 years. She represents individuals through mediation and negotiation processes, and when amicable resolution is not possible, she has a reputation as a fair and firm voice in the courtroom for her clients.

Beyond her practice, Zara has served on a variety of boards and in various other volunteer capacities over the years, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the  SCOPE Society of Alberta. She values her time with her immediate and extended family,  and enjoys various outdoor activities.
